No refunds needed
There is no refund because you only pay after you have received the task you gave to us. Nothing is charged upfront, so there is nothing to refund.
Acceptance is selective
We only take on work we can finish with care. If we decline, it is simply because timing, scope, or fit is not right.
Legal and ethical line
We stay inside the law, always. Adult, harmful, or otherwise illegal requests are declined outright. If someone misuses a deliverable after we hand it over, that responsibility sits with them—not with us.
Communication stays lightweight
Everything runs through email. No logins, no portals, no personal data collection—just the details of the work.
